With over 22 years of rich and diverse experience, Anil Alex is a seasoned Business Head and P&L Owner, leading strategic growth across manufacturing (motion solutions), engineering services, software products/services, and consulting. As one of the founders of Fontierz, Anil brings his visionary leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to build innovative solutions in medical devices and associated technologies. 

Anil’s professional journey spans renowned organizations, including Altra Industrial Motion, Fortive, Danaher, Mpower Asia, and Tata Unisys. He has an exceptional track record of setting up, scaling, and turning around business verticals across regions and continents. Anil’s strategic acumen is evident in his ability to conceptualize ideas, transform them into successful products, and drive business revenues while enhancing brand equity, even in complex and competitive markets. 

An avid traveler and explorer, Anil has journeyed across Europe, Japan, China, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. He was based out of the US during his last corporate assignment before returning to India to pursue his entrepreneurial vision. His love for travel is matched by his enthusiasm for sports, particularly football.
